Can I upgrade my package to include more images?Yes, you have the option to upgrade your package if you'd like to receive additional images beyond those included in your original investment.

Where can I order prints or fine art products?Fine art prints and a variety of printed products are available for order directly through your online gallery. Print orders placed through JLMC Photography will not include watermarks.

Can I share my images on social media?Certainly! You're welcome to share your photographs on social media platforms. Please ensure the images remain unaltered and credit JLMC Photography appropriately.

How will I receive my digital images, and when?You will receive a private online gallery link via email within 2-3 weeks of your session. Expedited editing services are available upon request for an additional fee.

How long have you been a professional photographer?I have been capturing memorable moments professionally since 2023, with a focus on equine portraiture since September 2024.

What should I wear for my session?Choosing the right attire can enhance your photos. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing that reflects your personal style and complements the session's setting. For more detailed guidance, feel free to contact me directly.

When should I book a session?It's advisable to book your session at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak season (April - November). Sessions are available Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday, during early morning or late afternoon hours to take advantage of optimal natural lighting.

What if my child or pet doesn't cooperate during the session?I have extensive experience working with children and animals and employ a variety of techniques to engage them. Patience and a relaxed atmosphere are key, and I'm committed to capturing beautiful moments, even if it takes a little extra time.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of our session?I monitor weather forecasts closely and will contact you at the latest 24 hours before your session if conditions appear unfavorable. In case of inclement weather, we can reschedule your session at no additional cost.

Do you travel for photoshoots?Absolutely! While based in NJ, I offer photography services throughout the US and beyond. The first hour of travel is complimentary; additional travel incurs a fee that is to be calculated based on time and distance.

Do you offer discounts for group bookings?Yes! Discounts are available when three or more clients book sessions at the same location on the same day. Any applicable travel fees will be equally divided among all clients

Do you offer gift cards?Yes, gift cards are available and can be used toward booking sessions, or purchasing fine art prints.

What is your payment policy?A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due by the session date. Payment plans are available upon request, offering bi-weekly or monthly installments via credit card or bank transfer.
